The Beijing Novotel Peace Hotel has two wings - Main building and Annex building. All the renovated superior rooms are in the Annex building and all other available room styles are in the Main building.
The hotel offers 402 rooms including superior, business, executive, suite and offices. Superior rooms comprise twin beds or one double bed; Suites are available with either twin or king size beds. All rooms have satellite TV, air-conditioning, mini-bar, tea and coffee making facilities and hairdryer.
There are internet access in all rooms, and the fee is RMB2 per minute and RMB150 per day.

While the hotel is expensive, it does offer an ideal place to relax and escape the pressures of modern Beijing. With an excellent restaurant, a nice swimming pool, sauna and gym facilities, as well as well equipped and calm rooms, your stay will be enjoyable. Unlike the wide number of Chinese hotels I have stayed in, the Novotel offered a relaxing alternative - quiet, friendly, and western. |

My wife and I arrived the Peace Novotel after a very long journey from Israel in the middle east. Evry thing in our 8 days' stay in Beijing was superb and we hope to come soon and visit again Beijing.
The Peace Novotel hotel is nice and pleasent,the food in the restaurant is tasty and good value,the staff is freindly and the location was the best for us.
One problem That is impossible to understand was the attitude of the hotel reservation staff towards our reservation document. I ordered two rooms one room in the left wing and one deluxe room including breakfast in the east wing which I Paid for 94 and 107 Usd per night. I was told at the reservation desk on arrival, that it is impossible to get breakfast ,although it was clearly wreaten in the reservation document, that we got from sinohotel.I am shure that this problem should have been solved either by Sinohotel,or by novotel becuase this incsident was a great disappoitment for us.

I stayed at Novotel Peace Sept 17-19, 2005 and was very pleased. Location is superb in the absolute heart of Beijing, but still quiet. I stayed in one of the cheaper rooms in the West wing, and the room was clean and comfortable, very good value for money. The beds were very hard though, so if you are used to a soft bed this could be a problem. Staff was very friendly. I recommend this hotel warmly. A lot of French guests. Ann-Mari/Finland |
