The New Harbour Service Apartments are situated conveniently in the heart of downtown Shanghai. The apartments lie adjacent to both Huai Hai Road and Nan Jing Road - two of Shanghai's most colorful and entertaining shopping districts. The Shanghai Opera House, Peoples Park and the Bund are some of the most famous Scenic attractions within walking distance.

The location of Yong Shou Road is better placed for both transportation and travel. The highway, leading directly to the airport in one direction and immediately under the Yanan Road Tunnel into Pudong in the other, enables quick and easy access to all of Shanghai.
The close proximity to the Shanghai's Metro underground Rail Network also affords guests total flexibility when wishing to travel. The Hongqiao International Airport can be reached within 30-minutes and the Pudong International airport is 1-hour's drive away.
It only takes 10 minutes from the hotel to Pudong via the Yanan Road tunnel.

The best part of this type of apartment hotel is that the rates of the business-oriented suites are in line with standard rooms in hotels of the same level. There are all types of suites with furniture and fully equipped kitchen and facilities available, personalized service, 24-hour security, and satellite TV (NHK, CNN, ESPN, DW, etc).
One-Bedroom Suites are available with queen-sized bed. Two Bedroom Suites have one double bed and one single bed. Three Bedroom Suites are made up of two double beds and a sofa bed in the study area.
Non-smoking rooms and rooms for disabled travelers are also available.
Restaurants are available on the 2nd level, serving multi-cultural cuisines, including breakfast buffet and both Chinese and Western food.

Good clean apartment, good size. Internet charges a bit steep and unfriendly billing options. Kitchen tiny but didn't matter since didn't use it. |

Have stayed many times and am very happy with the New Harbour. For their interest: If they offered some soft western type beds I am sure the hotel would be even more popular..it would be a great selling point on their website if they could offer comfortable western beds.
The website is not user freindly for booking direct.
The towels are dreadful. Need to be much thicker and softer. |
