My kids got black nose and hands when they looked out the sliding door. It turned out that the windows are covered with black soot. The first thing I did the first morning in Beijing was to wash the windows. After that, my kids were fine. So the hotel may make a point of cleaning at least the inside of their windows. Other than that, the room was fairly clean. The place worked out for my family - low key, no frills, having most of everything we needed. A few plates and eating utensils would have made things perfect. |
