I had a delightful stay in Guilin. The hotel is under construction, so if I were in my room during the day it would be a bit noisy from the jackhammers and pounding. That is progress, though. If I return to Guilin in the future I will be able to see the finished product. Very happy with the UNIVERSAL HOTEL!!! The location is great! |

I was very impressed with this hotel. The staff was very kind. They were very attentive at the front desk. They always greeted me with a smile when I entered or left from the hotel. The location is outstanding for the hotel. I plan to revisit Guilin in the future and would enjoy being able to stay at Hotel Universal again. I would gladly recommnend it to my friends visiitng China. Thank you! |
