I had pretty hard time to communicate with the staff in English, but otherwise it was good value and people tried their best to help me in anyway possible, they were also very respectful towards me.
I wish I could say the same about Windsor Night Club located in same hotel, but seems to me that besides good show, people working there were in set of mind to rip off any foreigner who came through the door, BEWARE
Don't accept any offers of company or services.
Tell anybody who approaches you with these kind of offers that you came there to have a drink and enjoy the show, otherwise, you might end up paying 400-500 RMB for something you really don't need.
