I am in my third day here, and room is not serviced...the bed was not even made yesterday after I pulled it together...
It is veryfar from everywhere, and almost impossible to find unless you know it...its stuck in the middle of an iron fenced in area, and not visible and nothing like the photo.
Nobody speaks English...and getting help is very tedious and you need patience.
Yesterday when the tour came at 6.50, they never even told me he was waiting for 30 minutes..I went to ask where he was, and the girl saw my room key and remembered someone was looking for me...Yes..its that bad...
I wish they would bring me some coffee and service my room, but as its now 2.15, I have given up.
Its OK for normal life, but as a tourist hotel...forget it...unless you are familiar with Beijing outskirts...and the language.
I feel so lost here...and so sad.
Its a rather nice small apartment, but for a tourist...very out of everything with not helpful staff.
