I was disappointed. There was no complimentary water, or coffee/tea making facilities in the room. When I asked about it I was told I had to pay for them. ALso, the advertising onm the internet is wrong, as it is much further away from the station and the centre of town than what is stated. It advertised a pool, but we found that the pool was not ready to be used when we were there. There was no hot water in the rooms! This hotel proudly displayed its Chinese 5-star plaque on the wall behind the reception desk, but it did not come anywhere near up to the mark in my opinion. It certainly does not cater well for westerners. |
