Well in just a matter of days I have the honour to visit beautiful China again. The second time this year. I have waited about 20 years to come back. I was in China 20 years ago, but only for one day (a day trip from Hong Kong). I always wanted to come back and stay for a month. Well I did in may/june but I never expected to come back so soon. I met so many nice people and even made good very friends!
I shall never forget Lijiang and Yangshuo. I hope we can see the Li river again through all the people who will come for their holidays to Yangshuo (ha, ha). For those who don't know it yet I will visit Shangha, Nanjing and (again) Yangshuo.
Not often did I meet so much kindness and help. Even the hotel in Shanghai helped me a lot to make this trip possible; thank you, sinohotel!

I would like to thank and compliment Sinohotel.com for having such a wonderful website where we can make our hotel reservation in China so easily and at a discount too.
Your staff have been very efficient and attended to my emails on the hotel reservation at Shanghai Lidu Hotel very promptly. Please convey my thanks to them.
I tried to give my feedback on the Lidu Hotel via the website quoted in your email but I have difficulty in accessing to the website.
I would like to tell you that we are very satisfied and happy with our stay in this hotel. This hotel is centrally located. Though the carpet is quite old, we feel quite comfortable staying in this hotel. For the price we paid, it is value for money.
I would also like to give my compliment to the room maid (Shiao Chee) who is in charge of cleaning our room (1108) every day. She is the most polite staff we met in the hotel. She is very pleasant and smiling to her guests all the time.
We look forward to use your website to reserve for hotels when we travel to China in future.

I think your site is a good website and sincerely hope that you can constantly upgrade on the information on the hotels. I will be most interested the lower budget hotels ie. about or less than 250 RMB. I am an overseas Chinese and have been back every year. It is difficult to find cheap hotels as they are constantly being upgraded and hence charge more for the services. However I feel that there is always a demand for the cheaper hotels and I think you people are doing a great job. I will definitely use your information as a guide and will without doubt recommend it to my friends.

I would just like to thank you very much for booking these on our behalf. Our holiday went fantastically and it was wonderful not to have to worry about finding places to stay when we arrived in each city.
Your website and service is absolutely invaluable and is the first one of its kind which I have seen which caters to the bottom end of the market including dorm rooms in hostels.
Without this service our holiday in China would have been far more stressful. Once again thanks for all your help and assistance. After our return from China, we have now finally managed to find the time to write to you. We wish to inform you that we were most happy with the travel arrangements that you and your office have made for us. Everything worked out as planned, and we had an excellent trip. If, as we hope, we can return to China another time in the future, we will not hesitate to enlist your efficient, reliable and courteous assistance again.
The hotels, that we booked through you, provided very good service at reasonable prices. We liked, in particular, the location of the Beijing Novotel Peace Hotel, the pleasant style and surroundings of the Shanghai Anting Villa Hotel, also the good location of the Xian Bell Tower Hotel, as well as the hospitality of the Urumqi Holiday Inn. We appreciated, in particular, the Dunhuang Grand Sun Hotel, which upgraded our room to a very attractive suite. We also like to note that if, one day, Sinohotel would offer bookings for Korla, Xinjiang, then we would highly recommend the Bositeng Hotel there.

Most impressed with sinohotel.com, and will definitely use your services in the future, I am sure many times. I will also pass on my highest reccomendation to anyone I know considering a trip anywhere in Asia. Your site really is fantastic and your services second to none.
The other thing I meant to mention was that the the thing that most attracted me to sinohotel was the the fact that I did not need to provide my credit card details, I had tried to use several websites prior to finding yours and as soon as they requested my card info I closed the window. Your site never did that and was fantastically effecient.I must admit I was very sceptical, I really thought it was too good to be true! Thanks again.

Now that we are back in New Zealand I would like to thank everyone at Sinohotel for their prompt and efficient service in booking hotels and arranging transport for us at Huangshan. Lack of English speakers in some hotels (and lack of Chinese on our part!) contributed to a few minor problems, but nothing that was not sorted out fairly rapidly. Overall we were very satisfied with the hotels you booked for us and with the arrangements you made.

My wife and I would like to pass on our wholehearted recommendation re: Sinohotel booking service and efficiency. We have enjoyed a wonderful holiday and all hotel reservations were spot on. Sinohotel room rates proved to be unbeatable for the average tourist and their hotel descriptions very accurate. I came back from my trip to Shanghai and Hangzhou in early Feb. this year a few weeks ago. I had a good trip with some wonderful moments thanks to your great help. I should have emailed you this 'Thank You' note long ago. But I just found a bit free time to sit down. To put it another way, I still remember what you did for making my trip so impressive, though it was almost a month passed.
From what my personal experience told me, your website is the most professional one regarding booking a hotel in China. The way of diction your staff used either via email or telephone is the best well-trained one I experienced so far. I am really impressed by the way you handled my case. My wife and I returned from Beijing on 3rd November having spent 10 days there. We found Sinohotel's web page back in August. Sinohotel have been the most helpful tourist company I have ever found. We stayed at the Beijing Harmony Hotel, and the description in sinohotel's pages was spot on. The hotel was great and the staff were more than helpful. Sinohotel also arranged for us to collect tickets for the train to Xi-an, and the tour to see the Terracotta warriors. Thank you so much for your help, your prompt replies to E-mails and everything. Sinohotel is a quite good way for foreigners who can not speak Chinese very well to make reservations : it offers a large choice of hotels, its reservation team can speak English and is reactive (our order had been treated quickly).
