A nice and very oriental hotel. The staffs were very helpful and friendly. It's a little noisy for those rooms located near the lifts lobby. The muslim restaurant served fantastic food and the atmosphere was good. There was live entertainment as well. Overall, a good hotel to stay and I will definitely choose this hotel again. |

Two problems with this hotel - first the room a/c just doesn't do the job. Second, they don't always honor reservations request. We stayed there two separate occasions, & on the second they did not honor our king-bed request even though we had confirmed it with the assistant manager earlier in the week. They have a nice airport lounge also. All in all a very good 5-star hotel if that's your bag - just with some (typical) Chinese service problems. |
