A charming place with very helpful and welcoming staff. Location is a little far from the centre but we stayed here when we were visiting the local area. Rooms are clean, very attractive and very typical although the double room is rather small for a long stay. Free internet is a plus.

Very friendly personnel. I had a pleasant stay.
The room where I stayed is quite small, but OK for me.
The hotel is located in a very quiet area, in a typical traditional setting. Overall, a great hotel.

フロントは英語が通じ、とても親切でした。客室も中国風で素敵でした。
ただ床が石なので、暖房を強くしていても下から冷え込みます。特にバスルームは冷え込みが厳しいので、冬はおすすめできません。
アメニティは有料でした。
季節がよければ中国らしさを感じたい方にはとってもおすすめの宿です。

The hotel is beautiful, 300 years old traditional Chinese, the rooms are very warm and cozy. Atfirst I was taken back by the shower head next to toilet (open concept), but it was fine, and good pressure and hot water. Someone put a lot of thought into make the old house modern and nice.

This is a really delightful place to stay and it is like going back in time with modern comforts (heat and hot water) added in. The staff were as helpful as can be, available all night and both the reception girls extremely friendly. Western breakfast is on offer but is not served very hot - one excuses them the smaller discomforts for their efforts to please in such an old and quaint setting. If you go, do remember to take a card with the Chinese name and address on it - the tour guide dropped me back at the end of the wrong hutong and I think I would still be looking for the place if I had not had the card.
