Invitation Application
Canton Fair invites
buyers by two kinds of Invitation, one is called E-invitation and
the other is Paper Invitation Card.
E-invitation
is issued for visitors who do not need the Invitation Card to apply
for the entry visa to Guangzhou. It is quite convenient to receive
an e-mailed E-invitation. It can be shared by all visitors from the
same company. A copy one is valid.
Paper Invitation Card
is issued for visitors who need the Invitation Card to apply for the
entry visa to Guangzhou. It is mailed to visitors. A Paper
Invitation Card can be shared by three people from the same company
in their visa application and fair registration. A copy one is
invalid.
With the Invitation Card, visitor
could
1. Receive the entry visa to Guangzhou (only Paper Invitation Card
valid).
2. Get registered and receive free entrance pass to the Fair.
3. Receive a set of Directory of China Import & Export Fair's
Exhibitors (one set for each card).
Overseas
buyers could receive invitation for Canton Fair by:

Visa
Application
Entry visa to Guangzhou is granted against the
paper Invitation Card extended by the Canton fair. Please approach the
Embassy of P. R. China with the paper invitation Card to get the
visa. There are four more options:
1. In case of the
absence of a Chinese Embassy in your country, kindly approach the
Embassy of P. R. China in a neighboring country.
2.
Visa Section for Aliens of the Consular
Department of Office of the Commissioner of the Ministry of Foreign
Affair of People's Republic of China in the Hong Kong Special
Administrative Region.

3. During
the Fair, visitors who leave Mainland China and want to come back to
Guangzhou may apply for re-entry visa to the office of the
Commissioner mentioned in Item 2 or
Division of Aliens and Exit-Entry

4. Fair visitors can
also entrust the visa application to China Travel Service (Hong
Kong) Ltd.
